Taco Tuesday never looked this good! Our friend, @mackstonedad, served up an incredible Birria Taco feast—and The Griddler was right there for the searing and tortilla-crisping action. 🌮🔥
He slow-cooked A&K Beef Chuck with chipotle peppers, spices, and broth until tender perfection, then brought it all to the griddle for the final magic. With tortillas sizzling, cheese melting, and that juicy birria coming together, The Griddler gave him the steady surface he needed to pull it off seamlessly.
