Yes, we are proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our cutting boards. This is because we believe strongly in the quality of our boards.
We have a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all Mammoth products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Mammoth simply email us at [email protected] and we can help you with a return or exchange.

Products typically ship in 3-5 business days, but may ship sooner if the item is in stock. Custom orders will take 1-2 weeks to ship. Once your item has shipped you can expect 2-3 days for your item to arrive.
- Everyday Use: Gently scrub your board with a cloth using warm water and mild soap. Dry your board immediately.
- Deep Clean: Cover board with with baking soda. Take half a lemon, face down, and scrub the board. Repeat with the second half of the lemon. Rinse your board clean. Dry your board immediately.
- Reseal: Frequently used cutting boards should be resealed with food-grade cutting board oil monthly.
- Pro Tip: When washing a cutting board it is best to wash both sides so water is absorbed evenly to help prevent warping.

Returns & Exchanges
Not completely satisfied with your board? Let us know and we can resolve your worries with a return or exchange. Email us at [email protected]
Once you submit a return, we will send you a return label to send your Mammoth back. When the board is received you will be issued your refund.
If you received a Mammoth product as a gift, you may exchange this item prior to use.

Warranty Program
Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturer defects. This includes: splitting or cracking, warping beyond acceptable limits, poor glue joints leading to separation. Things that are not covered include: normal wear and tear such as knife marks or surface blemishes from regular use, damage from excessive water exposure like soaking in water or using in dishwasher, cracking due to failure to regularly oil or condition the board, or damage from dropping or miss-handling boards.
To file a claim, email [email protected], with a picture and brief description of the defect. Once approved you will only need to pay for shipping and you will send us your board for repair or replacement.
